Dear All Classic Car Owners and Trade Stands,

We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday 21st May 2017. For public safety, the vehicle gate to the playing field will only be open for your entry between 0900 hours and 1030 hours and then again at 1600 hours.

Upon arrival I personally will check only the reserved cars into the playing field. You will then be directed to a parking space by stewards. If you wish to park together with friends, please meet prior and arrive in convoy.

Unless there is room within the playing field, any non-reserved classic cars that arrive will be directed to the field where there will be an area reserved as an overflow car park for classic car owners only. Any additional bookings over the quota for the field, will also be parked here. This is to ensure that those that have reserved a place, get a place and are not disappointed. The public / visitors will also park in this field.

To assist personnel directing traffic on the routes in and to the parking of your vehicles, those with reservations within the playing field please display you pass. (Passes will be emailed or posted to you). Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Please note that we shall operate a non-enforceable ‘one way system’ (see map below) which we respectfully request is complied with in order to minimise congestion and disruption to local residents and is in fact the best route in for your precious cars, as the parking in Wickhambreaux village is particularly limited, causing difficulty in passing through.

Due to popular demand, if you decide not to attend or need to cancel, however short notice, please inform me, so that I can re-allocate your reserved space to someone else, on our cancellation list—I wish to make our fund raising event a success.

Finally, owners must be fully insured against third party liability. Owners must accepts responsibility for the welfare of their vehicle and its contents.
